Legal aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
In my contribution, I would like to address the current legal bases of legal protection (especially intellectual property and legal responsibility, including ethical issues) and standardization of AI, which I see as a prerequisite for the further development of AI. I will demonstrate it by practical examples from current practice or current initiatives in this area. Finally, I want to introduce the current areas of regulation of AI and the expected directions of future legislation.
