Vlastimil Červený

Vlastimil Červený is a senior manager of the ICT advisory department at Deloitte Czech Republic. He has extensive experience in leading audit, internal audit and enterprise risk management projects, as well as providing consulting and audit services to clients in various industries, mainly in the financial services and telecommunications sectors.He is a certified information systems auditor (CISA), certified internal auditor (CIA), certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Vlastimil Červený also acts as a lecturer at The Czech Institute of Internal Auditors (ČIA), where his subjects include audits according to ISO/IEC 17799 and ISO 13335. He is also a member of ASIS International.

Čestmír Gracias

Ing. Cestmir Gracias has almost 25 years’ experience in ICT. After his graduation from the Czech Technical University in Prague, he programmed applications at the Prague Air Conditioning Research Institute. Later on, as a self-employed member of a consortium of programmers, he worked on building computer networks and programming tailor-made logistics applications. As a CSO in the state administration he proposed an overall security concept including data protection. He prepared the security policy and parts of the documentation for the certification of information systems processing the complete range of classified data, pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll. In 2010 he worked at Skill Ltd. as the senior security manager and in 2011 he was a product manager at S.ICZ a.s. developing specific ICT security solutions. As of 2013 he has applied his practical experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Czech Republic as a Special Envoy for Cybersecurity.

Jan Mikulecký

Jan Mikulecký is a Chief Security Officer at Česká pošta, o.z. ICT Služby. Previously he worked as a Manager in Security & Privacy Consulting at Deloitte Czech Republic. Jan is an expert for information security management, ISMS, BCM, security audit and penetration testing. He has got significant experience in defining security requirements for systems storing sensitive information and can provide quality assurance for security aspects of systems development and delivery. At Deloitte, Jan managed security projects in the Czech and Slovak Republics, Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, China and Vietnam. Before he came to Deloitte, Jan worked for 12 years at Risk Analysis Consultants as security advisor and project manager. Jan earned a Doctor’s Degree in Systems Engineering from the Czech Technical University in Prague. He holds CISM, CGEIT and CRISC certificates and also served as a member of the ISACA CISM Test Enhancement Committee. Jan has written many security articles for the media and has also presented at security conferences. He is also a member of the IS2 Programme Committee.

Jaroslav Šmíd

Jaroslav Šmíd completed cybernetics engineering at CTU Prague. He has been working in the state government in IT area all the life. Currently, he works for National Security Agency as deputy for cyber security. Jaroslav is a member of Czech Security Research Council, Government Council for Competitiveness and Information Society and represents the Czech Republic on the international forums of information security within NATO, EU, ESA, CC and Galileo.

Jiří Truxa

Jiří Truxa works for ICZ a.s. and he is responsible for strategic security business. He is a specialist for special IS architecture development, security consultancy and cooperates on development of cryptography and security tools. Jiri, as security architect, cooperated on development and implementation of the largest information system in the Czech Republic certificated for processing secret information. He’s got long term experience on special IS to design alternative solutions to cut down cyber-attacks of disruption information privacy within such information systems.
